SALT is a genre-bending horror short that explores four distinct filmmaking styles within a single story (1950s sitcom, whimsical gothic, Hallmark drama and psychological horror).

As a nod to The Wizard of Oz, the protagonist embodies both Dorothy and the Wicked Witch. When her ungrateful husband asks her to pass the salt, Cora-lee snaps and transforms her home into a macabre kitchen laboratory. Her creations earn the county fair's highest honor, but behind the celebration lies a horrifying secret.
